Ashley Place would love to have your pets at our Westfield apartment community! We have no restrictions on breed or size for dogs, though we have a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly fee for pet owners.

Yes. There is a fee of $4,500 to break a lease at any time, which will be lowered to $3,000 if you’re able to give a 60 day notice.
Yes, Ashley Place and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities necessitate a credit check to be performed during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which is used to cover the application, background screening, and processing charges necessary for a new rental.

No, Ashley Place does not provide income-based housing.
No, we do not let Residents pre­pay their full lease. Rent is to be paid on a monthly basis on the first of each month.
A security deposit is required before lease signing. The security deposit is based on the results of your application screening.
