Ashley Place would love to have your pets at our Westfield apartment community! We have no restrictions on breed or size for dogs, though we have a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly charge for pet owners. Can Residents pay their rent online? Absolutely! To access our current Resident portal where you can pay your rent or put in a service request, view our Resident Information page. What school district are you in? Ashley Place is served by Westfield Washington Schools, which includes Carey Ridge Elementary, Westfield Middle School, and Westfield High School. Are Residents able to break their lease? Yes. There is a fee of $4,500 for breaking your lease at any time, which will be lowered to $3,000 if you’re able to give a 60 day notice. Does Ashley Place require a credit check? Yes, Ashley Place and all other J.C. Hart living communities necessitate a credit check to be completed during the application process. Do you charge an application fee? Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which is used to cover the application, personal screening, and processing charges necessary for renting a new apartment. Are there discounts available for students, elderly Residents, or military members? J.C. Hart is pleased to be an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider, but we currently do not offer those discounts.
